keep workin Applebees

Had an Applebees "Real Burger" last night. We had seen commercials and thought they looked scrumptious. It wasn't too "real" for me. They forgot my bacon, the patty was very small, and it was dry. I'd give it a 5.

p.s. When you get food to go from a restaurant, do you tip???

Bummer that the burger wasn't all you had hoped and dreamed. =)

Tipping when it's to-go? That seems like weirdness to me. Like out-of-control with the tipping. BUT, I recognize that I am waaaaaaay out of it over here, so I'm interested to see what others say. I may be quite wrong. It's happened before.

My brother used to work as a waiter in the to-go section for Outback. He said hardly anyone would tip and it was a bummer because the servers still had to work hard, take the order, plate the food, package the food, etc.... and then they wouldn't get tipped. Thus, I tip, just not as generously as I would to a waiter who was serving me for an hour.

Oh, and bummer that your food was disappointing, I hate that.
