HOLY COW!!!!--- Part II
Last week I blogged about Oreo Truffles and how amazing they were. Due to the amazing'ness of them, I decided to try them with Nutter Butters, upon recommendation from a friend. Oh, my. Oh, my. I'm thinking I like these better only because I'm a sucker for the peanut butter/chocolate combo.

I tried the oreo's after i read your blog and they were so good. i'm a fan of mint and chocolate (as you know) so I also made them with candy cane jo-jo's. so so good. i want to try the pb also. yours look so pretty. any secret to getting the chocolate on?
Ana-I just plop them in the candy coating (I use that instead of melted choc chips), cover them using a spoon, then use two fingers to take them out. They aren't perfectly smooth, but the crumbs on top distract from that. :)
This looks delicious - EXCEPT that they do not sell nutter butters here... or candy coating for that matter. =( You can make some for me in January. =)
